North West Sydney Football are excited to announce that it is conducting a Kick-On for Women in 2024.
The program is an introductory football program focusing on fun, football and friendship. It is low-impact, football-based program providing physical and mental health benefits, social contentedness, alongside promotion of the benefits of engaging in team sport. The program provides 8 x 45-minute sessions that offer a more social and accessible version of football specifically modified for inactive women over the age of 16. Participants discover and learn the basic competencies in a relaxed, non-competitive setting.
Price: Cost for the 8 x sessions will be $60
Location: The Program will be held at Christie Park, 12a Christie Road, Macquarie Park
Dates: 27 Feb, 5,12,19,26 March & 2, 9 April
Time: 10.45am to 11.45am
Child minding services will be provided as arranged with NWSF.
