New in 2025, North West Sydney Football is delighted to announce new tournaments to provide competitive and development opportunities for our local club teams!
In July, we have the U8/9s Cup! This multi-match tournament will be hosted at NWSF’s home of football, Christie Park.
Get your teams together for a special tournament experience! This is a great way to build team bonds, improve player skills, and most importantly – play the game we love!
The key tournament logistics are:
- Friday July 18
- 8am to 4pm
- U8s and U9s
- Mixed team competition
- Girls team competition
- Hosted at Christie Park
- All participants must play for a local NWSF club
The key tournament details are:
- 7v7 matches
- 10 minute halves; 2 minute changeover
- Each team will get a minimum of six matches; maximum of eight
- First match kicks off at 8am; last kick-off 3.30pm (finish at 4pm)
Each team will receive prizes, including a trophy for the winning team!
The Cup will also be a celebration of community, with the canteen and Spirit shop open, raffles, meet and greets with elite level players.
Get your registration in as spots are filling up quickly! The final date for registration is Friday July 11, 5pm.
